Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing a good environment for sleeping. However, the twin beds stitched together definitely need some maintenance. The service was friendly and responsive, but there were instances of staff not being very courteous. The location was amazing, right in the heart of things with elegant decorations. The dining experience was amazing with plentiful options, yet there were minor issues with guests' attire. For facilities, the on-site parking was very useful.
I had a wonderful time at Brufani, enjoying a spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. The only downside was the TV buffering issue, making it hard to watch English channels. However, the balcony view was exceptional, and the suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel is a mix of luxurious comfort and old shabby charm. The rooms, although a bit dark and dank, offer wonderful views over the valley. The service deserves heartfelt thanks for its generosity, with exceptional assistance and a true five-star feel. The location is excellent for easy city access and stunning views, just a minute walk from cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. The dining experience falls short of a five-star standard, with limited options and poor quality. Overall, a place with mixed but distinctive qualities.
The hotel offers a mix of charming features, like beautiful authentic room decor and a stunning terrace overlooking the city, yet with some minor drawbacks like a somewhat ordinary dining experience. Its prime location in Perugia allows easy access to the old city and nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with reading lamps by the bed, which was a definite plus. However, there was a shower stall issue that created a slipping hazard due to water constantly running onto the marble floor. The service was extremely friendly, especially Josh from NZ, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Perugia. The dining experience offered plenty of choices, including an omelette made to order, but some aspects were a bit ordinary for a 5-star rating.
The hotel offers spectacular rooms with stunning, spacious views of the rooftops overlooking the City, although they are not what one typically finds in Europe. The service is generally friendly, except for one staff member, Eva, who can be a bit brusque. The location is perfect for easy access to the city and provides a breathtaking view over the valley. Overall, it's a fantastic stay with historical charm.
